SELECTION PROCESS
The Player of the Month Award was introduced in the 2024 Outdoor Season. The head coach of each Selects FC team is responsible for submitting one player from their team which they deem has been oustanding for that month. All players submitted are recognized in a "shortlist" on our official media pages. The Selects FC Technical Team reads through the applications and vote on one male and female athlete to receive a physical award as Player of the Month. Tech trainers anonymously submit their 1st,2nd, and 3rd choice in each age group. The athletes with the most overall points are selected.
